Nicole (Nic) Sullivan

Sage Anderson
Sage, Nic’s friend, serves as the town’s artistic free-spirit, a facade that masks the painful secret she carries with her. She abandons her medical profession to seek healing and release in the clean mountain air and beautiful scenery of Eternity Springs. Painting serves as her new source of income, as well as a form of therapy to rid her mind of the horrors she experienced in a dark, devastating corner of Africa. An embarrassing reaction to a simple medical procedure sends her into the unlikely arms of Colt Rafferty, a familiar face around Eternity Springs. Sages’s story is told in HUMMINGBIRD LAKE.
Colt Rafferty
Colt Rafferty, a seasonal member of the Eternity Springs family, returns to Eternity Springs on R&R, a much needed distraction from the pain and stress of investigating tragedies. Instead of finding rest and relaxation, he finds himself enthralled by a redheaded beauty (Sage), who desperately tries to keep her secrets hidden beneath an artistic facade. Undeterred by her attempts to avoid her past, Colt peals away layer after layer until Sage finally finds sanctuary in his arms, healed by the power of love. Colt’s story is told in HUMMINGBIRD LAKE
Ali (Cavanaugh) Timberlake
Ali (Cavanaugh) Timberlake, mother of three semi-adult children and wife to a prominent District Judge, finds herself in Eternity Springs after receiving news of a priceless find in her ancestors’ mansion. As the wife of Judge Mac Timberlake, she is accustomed to nights alone but the frigid temperature of her marital relationship sends her fleeing back to the mountains to find comfort and hope in the arms of her new friends. Unsure of whether or not she even wants Mac in her life, Ali finds a new life and inspiration as an independent woman, while also unable to shake the desperate need for the love and attention of her husband. Mac Timberlake
Mac Timberlake, a prominent United States District Judge, somehow lost touch with life, love, and, most importantly, his wife, Ali. Unsure of what went wrong, he allows himself to become so engrossed with his work that he neglects to even put up a fight when his wife dramatically proclaims to have a new life in Eternity Springs as the owner and cook at the Bristlecone Cafe in Eternity Springs. When he finally realizes her determination to escape the iciness of their home in Denver, Colorado, Mac decides he must, and will, win her back, even if that means leaving his job. Sarah Reese
Sarah Reese, the single mother of Lori and baker for the Bristlecone Cafe, was abandoned by the father of her child, Cameron Murphy, the great-something grandson of Eternity Springs’ founders, Daniel Murphy and Harry Cavanaugh. She and her daughter remained in this village while Cam fled to who-knows-where. Partnering with Nic, Sarah is determined to see that her childhood home perseveres through financial decline. Celeste Blessing
Celeste Blessing is the quirky, thoughtful, and blatantly-honest town benefactress for Eternity Springs. While riding her Honda Gold Wing motorcycle, Celeste sees into the very depths of the souls that surround her in Eternity Springs, knowing exactly how to remedy their pain. Celeste also breathes new life into the dying town by offering her home, the Cavanaugh Mansion, as the main hotel for Angel’s Rest, the new resort and spa. Her determination and insightfulness not only rejuvenate the town, but she also provides wisdom and healing to everyone she encounters.
Ellen Reese
Ellen Reese is the ailing mother of Sarah and grandmother to Lori. She was known as the go-to person for help, but she now suffers from the debilitating disease, Alzheimer’s.
Lori Reese
Lori Reese, Sarah Reese’s beautiful daughter, finds herself struggling to establish her independence from her mother as she approaches high school graduation. After assisting Nic Sullivan at the vet clinic, Lori looks forward to studying at Texas A&M University in hopes of becoming a veterinarian herself. She begins a sweet relationship with Chase Timberlake while he works at the Double R Ranch outside Eternity Springs.
Rose Anderson
Rose Anderson is the estranged sister of Sage Anderson. She enters the picture after a heart-breaking diagnosis of cancer that destroyed her engagement to a man she thought loved her and her life as an army doctor. Facing the prospect of death and the cruelty of her ex-fiancé ignited a fire in her to chase her sister and attempt to restore their relationship. Secrets, misunderstandings, and the death of their father forced them apart, but truth, forgiveness, and love can cure it all. The ultimate desire of her heart is to find healing, but will Eternity Springs and its inhabitants be enough to cure her?
Zach Turner
Zach Turner is Eternity Spring’s local sheriff. A handsome, single sheriff who dated Sarah Reese on and off, until they decided their friendship would have to suffice.
Jack Davenport
Jack Davenport, a government operative, opens his mountain estate to Gabe Callahan after Gabe loses his family. Jack is a wealthy, mysterious friend that swoops in at the right moment to offer Callahan the right advice at the right time.
Cam Murphy
Cam Murphy is Sarah’s secret high school sweetheart and the father of her daughter, Lori. Since leaving Eternity Springs, he’s been living in Austrailia running a scuba diving tour business. Cam has an adopted son, Devin. Cam’s story is told in LOVER’S LEAP
Devin Murphy
Devin Murphy is Cam’s adopted son. He’s a little younger than Lori and a wonderful baseball player.
Emma Stapleton
Emma Stapleton is the estranged wife of Jared Stapleton. They are forced to deal with the issues that devastated their marriage when their daughter Molly decides she wants to be married in a neutral zone--Eternity Springs.
LaNelle Harrison
LaNelle Harrison is a master quilter who runs the quilt shop in town. She is a member of the Patchwork Angels quilting bee.
